This is usually one of the most interesting auctions that we conduct. Authorized by the City of Rochester Purchasing Director, this sale includes furniture, fixtures and office equipment that is excess and surplus from various city departments. Some of the items tend to be quite esoteric and unusual.

As with all City of Rochester auctions, this sale is OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC and will begin at the advertised time, on the advertised day and date as indicated by the below schedule. Once the auction begins, it will continue until all items are sold . . . to the highest bidder!

• The payment for ANY purchase at this auction at or before the end of the sale . . . AND . . . must be made in CASH.
