This auction of confiscated and seized vehicles is authorized by the Rochester Police Department. This auction is OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.  The below dates indicate the Impound Vehicle upcoming auction schedule for this calendar year and historical pricing.

  • A list of vehicles will be posted by noon on the Monday prior to the auction.
  • The gates open at Noon for registration and vehicle preview. 
  • The auction begins at 12:30 PM. on Wednesdays
  • Once auction begins, it will continue until all vehicles are sold...to the highest bidder
